Have you always wanted to write about games but never had the outlet to do so? The Mammoth Gamers team knows that there are more to our readers than what console they play on. While we are a website dedicated to gamers who GEEK BIG, we strive to cover more than just video games. We consider ourselves to be an open outlet, welcoming writers and contributors of all interests and skill levels a place to post their works in whatever capacity they choose. We don’t just want our site to succeed, we want to help our team members meet their goals as individuals too!
Mammoth Gamers is now seeking VOLUNTEER writers and content creators who are passionate and opportunistic to cover news stories. This is an unpaid position with no promise of compensation at this time.
As a video game news writer your purpose on the team will be to cover any video game news that breaks throughout on a daily basis. If you are just getting into the industry this is the PERFECT opportunity to get your feet wet! News happens and travels FAST in our industry and is difficult to keep up with and we are working to build a team of news writers to cover the biggest news that breaks within the industry.

We’re a good fit if you’re looking to add to your resume, write for fun, or get your feet wet in the world of online/video game journalism. This is the perfect opportunity to get started in the video game industry if you are looking in that direction. We are not a good fit if you believe that writing for a gaming website means you will soon be swimming in free swag and AAA titles.
Mammoth Gamers has had many media opportunities over the past 2 years including press access to PAX, E3, and the New York City Comic Con.
