MP1st is opening its doors once again, as we are looking for a dependable news writer, guides contributor and even reviewers that can write well, and doesn't need AI tools to be able to write a story.

This is a remote, paid position that can be paid per article or a flat rate per month.

We are primarily looking for news writers, but someone who can write guides, reviews can apply as well.

Requirements:

• Strong grasp of the English language (if you need software grammar checker to write, you're probably not what we're looking for)
• Familiar with WordPress
• In tune with video game news (not controversies or eSports, but actual gaming news)
• Minimal editing needed . Can work US hours (anywhere between 8 am ET to 6 pm ET), also open to those who can write during US off-peak hours
• Can write tasked assignments (news, etc.) . We check on a writer's plagiarism history, and it's an automatic no-no if we spot an applicant's work poached from another site, Reddit, etc.
• Can find their own stories to write is a huge plus.

We have proper writing guidelines that we adhere to (AP), and pride ourselves in our niche section of the video game industry. MP1st has been around for over a decade, and is thriving to this day because of our commitment to credibility, and quality news.
